Project Management
AL MUZAIN Is managing the project from site mobilization to pre- commissioning and supporting the commissioning stage. Our quality & safety plan for each project is vary due to its nature and scope of work. Our management team not only implements the plan but also close monitoring the activities throughout the execution period.
 
Facilities
The site in Jubail,Dammam covers an area of 12350 sq.mtr. with main factory workshop totaling over 2500 sq. mtr, lay down yards over 2500 sq mtr for Scaffolding division & 3500 sq. mtr for Equipment division.The modern purpose built factory has following facilities:
  • Fabrication & Welding Shop
  • Overhead Crane up to 5 tons with 6 m lift.
  • In- house Design
    • Auto CAD Release 2000 (2D/3D Drafting Package).
  • In- house Planning software.
    • MS Project 98 (PERT,CPM, Gantt chart).
  • Coded Welding (ASME IX).
  • Pressure testing facility up to maximum of 25,000 psi.
  • Fitting & assembly areas.
